Data Deletion on User Request – Mandatory Declaration

If a user requests deletion of their data, we permanently delete all associated personal information collected through this application, except where retention is required by law.

How users can request data deletion

Users may request deletion of their data by:

What data is deleted

Upon verification, we delete:

  • Account information (name, email, phone, user ID)
  • App usage data linked to the user
  • Any stored preferences or identifiers

Timeline

All valid data deletion requests are processed within 7–30 days, as per applicable regulations.

Legal retention

Certain data may be retained if required under legal, regulatory, or security obligations, and will be securely deleted once such obligations expire.
