Why MLM or Network Marketing fails?

Network marketing or MLM has been a trend of marketing for many years and even today many people raise their eyebrows just by the name. There are various reasons which define the success story of network marketing and on the other there, are still plenty of pitfalls in the prevailing system, which frustrates the valiant efforts of the various nodes of the network.

Network Marketing has probably found the reincarnation in the reign of Internet, where it is more popularly known as affiliate marketing.

If we consider the chain of affiliates, most of the affiliates talk of mistrusts. Some of the original companies, who engage affiliates, have lost their identity due to frauds. Even the affiliates don’t feel very happy about the existing companies, who appoint themselves as affiliates. The very common perception is that the companies don’t give the proper tracking of the registrants, for which the affiliates become entitled to commission.

Even there are a lot of doubts about the integrity of the software used in most of the affiliate marketing and transparency has always been the key concern of affiliates.

The reality shows the network marketing is highly scientific as the company or brand can increase their point of sales drastically and the affiliates should earn good commission as they also promote the product for their survival.

Only a proven system with transparency and integrity can   make a perfect tryst of both.
